To Schedule a First Appointment:

You can either call or email to request an appointment.  For email: please add me as a contact to avoid replies filtering to your junk mail.

If you call or email and we agree upon a date, I will direct you to the client portal to schedule this first appointment.  This will enter you into my electronic system so that you can more easily use the client portal in the future.  It will also grant you access to my intake forms to be completed before your first visit.

Address and Parking:

My office is located in West Asheville. Upon scheduling your first appointment, I will provide you with the address. Please park in the driveway to the right of the building as you face it. Enter through the glass double doors into the privat waiting room. The entrance will have an “entrance” sign.

I am no longer in Network with any insurance plans. I am happy to provide a superbill for patients to submit to their insurance to be reimbursed for out of network benefits.  I also accept payments from health savings accounts. 

Typical in-office sessions last either 45 or 50 minutes depending on our agreement together.  Please contact me directly with questions about my full fee.
